Live webinar
A real-time webinar with a set date and time. Registrants receive reminder emails and join at the scheduled moment. The session is conducted via an integrated video platform.
On-demand webinar
A pre-recorded webinar available any time. Visitors register and are immediately (or after a short delay) redirected to the replay. Ideal for evergreen content and passive lead generation.
Creating a live webinar funnel
Navigate to Sites > Webinars
Click Sites in the left sidebar, then select Webinars. Click + New Webinar.
Choose Live Webinar
Select the Live Webinar option and enter the webinar details:
- Title and description
- Date and start time
- Time zone
- Webinar platform URL (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
Customize the registration page
The builder opens with a registration page template. Customize it with your branding, headline, benefits bullet points, and a form to collect the registrant’s name and email.
Set up the thank-you page
After registration, visitors land on a thank-you page. Include the webinar date/time, instructions for joining, and a calendar invite button.
Configure confirmation and reminder emails
In the webinar settings, connect an email automation to send:
- Immediate confirmation with the join link
- Reminder 24 hours before
- Reminder 1 hour before

Enter webinar details
Provide the webinar title and description. Upload or link the pre-recorded video (via a video hosting URL such as Vimeo or YouTube).
Customize registration and replay pages
- Registration page — opt-in form to capture name and email
- Replay page — the page where the video is embedded; visitors land here after registering
Set replay access settings
Choose whether visitors can access the replay immediately after registering or after a configurable delay (e.g. simulated “just starting” experience).
Connect follow-up automation
Trigger a post-registration email sequence to nurture attendees and promote your offer.
