Check Your Email
Open the welcome email from HoopAI. Click the link to set your password and access the platform.

I can't find the app in the App Store or Google Play
Search for Lead Connector (not HoopAI) — that’s the name the app is listed under in app stores. Make sure you’re in the correct region’s store. If you still can’t find it, use the direct links above.

The app says my login is invalid
Use the same email and password you created at platform.hoopai.com. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.

The desktop app won't install on macOS
If macOS blocks the installer, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to the Lead Connector message. This is a standard macOS security prompt for apps downloaded outside the App Store.

The mobile app updates automatically via the App Store or Google Play. For the desktop app, you’ll receive an in-app update prompt when a new version is available.

Yes — each team member logs in with their own credentials. Invite your team under Settings → My Staff.
