Check Your Email
Open the welcome email from HoopAI. Click the link to set your password and access the platform.

Mobile App
The HoopAI mobile app lets you manage conversations, contacts, calendars, pipelines, payments, and more — all from your phone.iOS — iPhone & iPad

The HoopAI app is listed as Lead Connector in app stores. Search for that name, make sure you’re in the correct region’s store, or use the direct links above.

Use the same email and password you created at platform.hoopai.com. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.

If macOS blocks the installer, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. This is a standard macOS security prompt for apps downloaded outside the App Store.

The mobile app updates automatically via the App Store or Google Play. For the desktop app, you’ll receive an in-app update prompt when a new version is available.

Yes — each team member logs in with their own credentials. Invite your team under Settings → My Staff.
