Calendar integration
Events can sync with members’ personal calendars:- When a member RSVPs, they can click Add to Calendar to download an .ics file
- The .ics file works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar apps
Community events are separate from the HoopAI calendar system used for booking appointments. Community events are designed for group activities within the member portal, while the calendar system handles client-facing appointment scheduling.
