Overview
Click the three dots next to a collector template to:- View and edit its details
- Open it in a new tab
- Copy its link
- View collector responses
- Clone or delete it

Video collectors
The Video Collectors sub-section lets you manage collectors independently. Use the actions menu on each template or click the share icon to send a review request to a contact. The search bar allows you to quickly locate specific templates.
Responses
Responses can be filtered based on the collector from which they were received. Search responses by name or manage them directly from this interface.
Creating a video testimonial collector
A Video Testimonial Collector is a branded, step-by-step tool that guides customers in recording or uploading video testimonials.Configure the Welcome Page
- Add a public collector title
- Optionally enable a spokesperson image (a team member or yourself)
- Enter the spokesperson’s details
- Add a “How It Works” section with a brief explanation
- Include a welcome message from the spokesperson

Set up the Questions Page
Add up to three questions for your respondents. Click +Add to create a new question or the bin icon to delete one.

Configure the Attribution Page
After completing the questions, respondents identify themselves. Add a headline and supporting message for this section.

Set up the Thank You Page
Add a headline and message to acknowledge the submission. Include the spokesperson’s email for follow-up or support.

Apply branding
- Enable and upload your logo
- Choose whether to display a white background behind the logo
- Configure background, text, secondary text, accent, and button colors

No. Customers record or upload their video directly from any modern browser on desktop or mobile — no app download required.

How do I send a video testimonial request to a contact?
In the Video Collectors tab, click the share icon next to any collector template to send a review request directly to a contact. You can also copy the collector link and share it manually via SMS, email, or social media.

Each Video Testimonial Collector supports up to three questions. Use these to guide customers toward highlighting the most compelling aspects of their experience.

Where do submitted video testimonials appear?
Submitted responses appear in the Responses tab, filtered by collector. You can review, manage, and display approved testimonials using the Review Widget on your website.
Can I clone a collector template?

Yes. Click the three-dot icon on any collector in the Overview or Video Collectors tab and select Clone to create a copy with all settings pre-filled.

Yes. The Branding step in the collector builder lets you upload your logo and configure background, text, accent, and button colors to match your brand identity.
