Video Testimonials is a feature designed to help you collect customer video reviews through shareable, fully branded Video Collectors. Customers can easily record or upload a video from either desktop or mobile devices, with no app installation required. Once submitted, videos can be reviewed internally and seamlessly displayed on your website using the Review Widget. Navigate to Reputation > Video Testimonials to access this feature.

Once there, you will see three sub-sections:

Overview

Video Testimonials Overview
Click the three dots next to a collector template to:
  • View and edit its details
  • Open it in a new tab
  • Copy its link
  • View collector responses
  • Clone or delete it
Below your collectors, you will see recent responses. Clicking the three dots on each response lets you view details or delete it.

The Video Collectors sub-section lets you manage collectors independently. Use the actions menu on each template or click the share icon to send a review request to a contact. The search bar allows you to quickly locate specific templates.

Responses

Responses can be filtered based on the collector from which they were received. Search responses by name or manage them directly from this interface.

Creating a video testimonial collector

A Video Testimonial Collector is a branded, step-by-step tool that guides customers in recording or uploading video testimonials.

Start the creation process

Go to Reputation > Video Testimonials and click Create Collector.

Name your template

Update the template name to something meaningful for easy identification.

Configure the Welcome Page

  • Add a public collector title
  • Optionally enable a spokesperson image (a team member or yourself)
  • Enter the spokesperson’s details
  • Add a “How It Works” section with a brief explanation
  • Include a welcome message from the spokesperson

Set up the Questions Page

Add up to three questions for your respondents. Click +Add to create a new question or the bin icon to delete one.

Configure the Attribution Page

After completing the questions, respondents identify themselves. Add a headline and supporting message for this section.

Set up the Thank You Page

Add a headline and message to acknowledge the submission. Include the spokesperson’s email for follow-up or support.

Apply branding

  • Enable and upload your logo
  • Choose whether to display a white background behind the logo
  • Configure background, text, secondary text, accent, and button colors

Save and preview

Click Save to apply your changes. Click Preview at any time to see exactly what your customers will experience.
