The Reviews section displays all feedback from integrated social accounts automatically, but you may also have reviews from other platforms or offline sources. This article shows you how to manually add those reviews so all your customer sentiment is managed in one location.
Start by navigating to Reputation > Reviews and clicking the Add Reviews button.
You will see two options: Upload CSV and Add Manually.
Option 1: Upload CSV
Use this method to import a batch of reviews at once.
Review file specifications
Before uploading, review the file specifications and download the sample file for a visual guide on how your file should be formatted. Select a platform
Choose the review platform from the dropdown. Options include Amazon, Goodreads, Yelp, Zillow, and more. You can also add a custom platform if the desired one is not listed. Upload your file
Drag and drop your prepared CSV file into the upload area, then click Upload Reviews to load the reviews into your review widgets.
Option 2: Add manually
If you do not have a file prepared, you can add reviews individually.
Select a star rating
Highlight the number of stars the customer gave as their rating. Enter the review text
Copy and paste or type the customer’s review in the Testimonial field. Upload a customer photo (optional)
If the customer shared a photo and consented to it being displayed publicly, you can upload it here. Requirements: between 200×200px and up to 5MB. Enter customer information
Enter the customer’s name and select the date of the review. Assign a platform
Choose the platform the review should be linked to. Add a custom platform if the desired one is not available. Add attachments and submit
Upload any relevant attachments, then click Submit to save the review.
Where manually added reviews appear
Once imported, manually added reviews appear alongside organic reviews from connected platforms in both the Reviews section and your review widgets.
Use manually added reviews to populate your review widgets quickly while you build up organic reviews from connected platforms such as Google and Facebook.
