Navigate to Marketing > Affiliate Manager to access the affiliate dashboard.Key features
Affiliate tracking
Each affiliate gets a unique tracking link. Referrals are attributed automatically when a contact signs up or purchases through that link.
Commission rules
Set flat-rate or percentage-based commissions for each affiliate or product.
Automated payouts
Set payout thresholds and schedules. The platform calculates commissions automatically based on attributed conversions.
Affiliate portal
Affiliates can log in to their own portal to view their referrals, commissions, and payout history.
Campaign tracking
Track which campaigns and affiliates are driving the most revenue.
CRM integration
Affiliates are stored as contacts in your CRM, so you can communicate with them through the same workflows as your other contacts.
Setting up an affiliate program
Enable the affiliate manager
Navigate to Marketing > Affiliate Manager and enable the feature for your account.
Create an affiliate campaign
Click New Campaign and configure the commission structure, tracking parameters, and payout schedule.
Add affiliates
Invite contacts to become affiliates. They will receive a welcome email with their unique tracking link and portal credentials.
Set commission rules
Define how commissions are calculated — by percentage of sale, flat fee per referral, or a tiered structure.
Tracking and reporting
View affiliate performance in the Affiliate Manager dashboard:- Total referrals per affiliate
- Conversion rate per affiliate
- Commission earned and pending
- Total program revenue attributed to affiliates
