Upgrade your plan
Open subscription settings
Go to Settings → Billing and click Want to modify or cancel your subscription?
Choose your plan and billing cycle
Review the available plans. Use the toggle at the top to switch between Monthly and Annual billing. Annual billing saves 15–17% compared to monthly.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged immediately for the new plan. A prorated credit for unused time on your previous plan is applied automatically to your account.
Downgrade your plan
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — not immediately. You continue on your current plan until the cycle ends.Open subscription settings

Switch between monthly and annual billing
You can switch billing cycles when you modify your plan:- Monthly → Annual: Switch at any time. You are charged the annual amount upfront today, and a prorated credit is applied for any unused days on your current monthly cycle.
- Annual → Monthly: The change takes effect at the end of your current annual period. No mid-year refund is issued.

Yes. A pause option is available that keeps your account in a limited read-only state at a reduced rate. Go to Settings → Billing → Want to modify or cancel your subscription? → Show More → Pause Plan. See Cancel or Downgrade for details.

Your data is retained. However, if you exceed the lower plan’s contact or user limits after downgrading, you may lose access to features or need to archive records to stay within the new limits.
