The App Marketplace is a central hub where you can discover, install, and manage third-party apps and AI agents that extend your HoopAI account’s capabilities. From productivity tools to AI-powered assistants, the marketplace offers a growing library of integrations tailored to different business needs. Navigate to Settings > App Marketplace to get started.

Exploring the marketplace

The marketplace provides several ways to browse and discover apps:
  • All apps — view the complete catalog of available apps
  • Collections — curated groups of apps (e.g., top installed apps, new releases)
  • Categories — filter by app type or function
  • Business niches — find apps designed for your specific industry
  • Built by — filter by app developer
  • Pricing — sort by free or paid apps
Use the Free pricing filter combined with the Top Installed Apps collection to quickly find the most popular no-cost integrations.

Installing an app

Find the app

Browse the marketplace or use the filters and search to locate the app you want to install.

Review app details

Click on the app to view its detail page. Here you can:
  • Watch any attached demo videos
  • Read the app description and feature list
  • Review the permissions the app requires access to within your account

Install the app

Click Install and confirm the requested permissions. The app is added to your account immediately.
Review the permissions an app requests before installing. Apps may require access to contacts, conversations, calendars, or other account data to function properly.

Managing installed apps

After installing an app, click Installed Apps in the marketplace to manage your active integrations. From the installed apps view, you can:
  • View your current plan — see which tier or plan you are on for paid apps
  • Review features — check which features the app provides
  • Uninstall — click Uninstall to remove the app from your account

Using installed apps

Installed apps are accessible from the Automation section of your account. Click into an app to access its features and settings. Some apps include a Get Started guide that walks you through the initial setup and configuration steps required to begin using the app.

AI agents in the marketplace

The marketplace also includes a dedicated section for AI agents. You can browse and install pre-built AI agents to automate conversations and phone interactions.

Installing an AI agent

Browse AI agents

In the marketplace, navigate to the AI agents section. Use the filters to sort by Voice AI or Conversation AI.

Select an agent

Click on an AI agent to review its capabilities, supported use cases, and required permissions.

Install the agent

Click Install and confirm the permissions. The agent is added to your account.

Access your installed agent

Go to Voice AIs > Agent List or Conversation AI to find and configure your newly installed agent.
