To update your password:
- Navigate to Settings > My Profile.
- Scroll to the Change Password section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm.
- Click Save.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account login.
- Navigate to Settings > My Profile.
- Scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section.
- Follow the on-screen setup steps to link an authenticator app.
- Save your configuration.

Email two-way sync
Connecting your Gmail or Outlook account enables two-way email synchronization — emails sent from the platform appear in your external inbox, and replies sync back into the platform automatically.Gmail two-way sync

- Emails sent from the platform appear in your Gmail Sent folder
- Replies from contacts in Gmail are synced back to the platform conversation
- The sync is contact-level — emails are matched to existing contact records
Microsoft Outlook sync
Connect your Outlook account using the same process via the Email Sync section in My Profile.Daily summary reminders
Enable daily summary emails to receive a morning digest of your scheduled activities for the day.- Go to Settings > My Profile.
- Scroll to Daily Summary Reminders.
- Toggle it on and select the delivery time.
- Save your preference.
