# Video testimonials

> Collect and display branded video reviews from customers using shareable Video Collectors — no app installation required.

Video Testimonials is a feature designed to help you collect customer video reviews through shareable, fully branded Video Collectors. Customers can easily record or upload a video from either desktop or mobile devices, with no app installation required. Once submitted, videos can be reviewed internally and seamlessly displayed on your website using the Review Widget.

Navigate to **Reputation > Video Testimonials** to access this feature.

## Dashboard sections

Once there, you will see three sub-sections:

### Overview

Click the three dots next to a collector template to:

* View and edit its details
* Open it in a new tab
* Copy its link
* View collector responses
* Clone or delete it

Below your collectors, you will see recent responses. Clicking the three dots on each response lets you view details or delete it.

### Video collectors

The Video Collectors sub-section lets you manage collectors independently. Use the actions menu on each template or click the share icon to send a review request to a contact. The search bar allows you to quickly locate specific templates.

### Responses

Responses can be filtered based on the collector from which they were received. Search responses by name or manage them directly from this interface.

## Creating a video testimonial collector

A Video Testimonial Collector is a branded, step-by-step tool that guides customers in recording or uploading video testimonials.

    Go to **Reputation > Video Testimonials** and click **Create Collector**.

    Update the template name to something meaningful for easy identification.

  <Step title="Configure the Welcome Page">
    * Add a public collector title
    * Optionally enable a spokesperson image (a team member or yourself)
    * Enter the spokesperson's details
    * Add a "How It Works" section with a brief explanation
    * Include a welcome message from the spokesperson

  <Step title="Set up the Questions Page">
    Add up to three questions for your respondents. Click **+Add** to create a new question or the bin icon to delete one.

    After completing the questions, respondents identify themselves. Add a headline and supporting message for this section.

  <Step title="Set up the Thank You Page">
    Add a headline and message to acknowledge the submission. Include the spokesperson's email for follow-up or support.

  <Step title="Apply branding">
    * Enable and upload your logo
    * Choose whether to display a white background behind the logo
    * Configure background, text, secondary text, accent, and button colors

    Click **Save** to apply your changes. Click **Preview** at any time to see exactly what your customers will experience.

    No. Customers record or upload their video directly from any modern browser on desktop or mobile — no app download required.

  <Accordion title="How do I send a video testimonial request to a contact?">
    In the **Video Collectors** tab, click the share icon next to any collector template to send a review request directly to a contact. You can also copy the collector link and share it manually via SMS, email, or social media.

  <Accordion title="Can I add up to how many questions per collector?">
    Each Video Testimonial Collector supports up to three questions. Use these to guide customers toward highlighting the most compelling aspects of their experience.

  <Accordion title="Where do submitted video testimonials appear?">
    Submitted responses appear in the **Responses** tab, filtered by collector. You can review, manage, and display approved testimonials using the Review Widget on your website.

    Yes. Click the three-dot icon on any collector in the Overview or Video Collectors tab and select **Clone** to create a copy with all settings pre-filled.

    Yes. The **Branding** step in the collector builder lets you upload your logo and configure background, text, accent, and button colors to match your brand identity.
