# Download HoopAI

> Download the HoopAI app on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Available as a mobile app and desktop app.

HoopAI is available on every major platform — mobile, desktop, and web. Download the app for your device below.

## Getting Access

    Open the welcome email from HoopAI. Click the link to set your password and access the platform.

## Mobile App

The HoopAI mobile app lets you manage conversations, contacts, calendars, pipelines, payments, and more — all from your phone.

## Desktop App

The desktop app runs on macOS and Windows. It gives you a full-featured, native experience without needing a browser.

## Troubleshooting

    The HoopAI app is listed as **Lead Connector** in app stores. Search for that name, make sure you're in the correct region's store, or use the direct links above.

  <Accordion title="The app says my login is invalid">
    Use the same email and password you created at [platform.hoopai.com](https://platform.hoopai.com). If you've forgotten your password, click **Forgot Password** on the login screen.

  <Accordion title="The desktop app won't install on macOS">
    If macOS blocks the installer, go to **System Settings → Privacy & Security** and click **Open Anyway**. This is a standard macOS security prompt for apps downloaded outside the App Store.

  <Accordion title="How do I update the app?">
    The mobile app updates automatically via the App Store or Google Play. For the desktop app, you'll receive an in-app update prompt when a new version is available.

  <Accordion title="Can multiple team members use the same account?">
    Yes — each team member logs in with their own credentials. Invite your team under **Settings → My Staff**.
